An energy retrofit leads to substantially reduced energy consumption over conventional systems based on detailed analysis of existing system parameters. The resultant of our AAD TECH EC SYSTEMS(AECS) retrofit is sometimes more than 50% reduction in power consumption dependent upon variable factors.
Cooling Tower Retrofit
The retrofit of the cooling tower with the AAD TECH system optimises the system efficiency and energy consumption is reduced by up to 40-50%. We replaced the existing fan with an EC drive Smart controller system. Our smart controller has inbuilt a highly precise complex algorithm which analyses the Realtime dataset then processes that and modulates the fan system accordingly.
Centrifugal EC Fan Modification Module
Centrifugal EC fans with AAD TECH control are available in frame sizes 250 to 630 mm. The fan came up with External rotor with EC motor technology. In addition, AAD TECH EC SYSTEM makes it possible to install the system easily, capable of a real time monitoring system and precise control.
